Blume represents more than just a building — it’s a movement.
Rooted in Mattapan, where our founder Skye Warren was born and raised, Blume is our next chapter in buying back the block and creating a permanent home for Sadiddy Lifestyle and our community.
This project is dedicated to raising the funds necessary to bring our vision to life — a state-of-the-art beauty and wellness space that celebrates sisterhood, resilience, and building a legacy.

Our purpose extends far beyond beauty. Every service, every class, and every connection is rooted in our mission to empower, employ, and elevate our community. We intentionally hire talent from within — providing real opportunities, not just jobs.
Through our hands-on training and mentorship, we’ve proudly supported over 130 students in becoming the next generation of beauty professionals — developing their craft, confidence, discipline, and independence along the way.
We believe ownership is the ultimate form of empowerment. That’s why Blume isn’t just about creating a luxury beauty destination — it’s about creating a legacy. A space where Black and Brown women and men can see themselves reflected in every wall, every chair, and every success story that blooms here.

Meet the blume team!
Perpetual Anastasia Hayfron, PH.d
Lead of fundraising
Dr. Perpetual Hayfron is a scholar, leader, and community advocate dedicated to advancing equity and empowerment for Black women. She holds a Ph.D. in Urban Education, Leadership & Policy Studies from the University of Massachusetts Boston, where her research explored how global anti-Blackness impacts the mental health and academic experiences of Black millennial women.
As Lead Fundraiser for Blume x Sadiddy Lifestyle, Dr. Hayfron oversees grant writing, sponsorship outreach, and event fundraising strategy. She develops and manages a comprehensive fundraising tracker to monitor goals and ensures all event fundraising is measured based on net profit rather than gross revenue. Her strategic, data-driven approach maximizes impact while supporting the organization’s mission to empower and uplift the community.
Rooted in her Ghanaian and Liberian heritage, Dr. Hayfron brings over two decades of experience in human services and education, combining scholarship, leadership, and advocacy to build sustainable systems that benefit marginalized communities.
Kristen Gordon, M.ED
Administrative Supervisor and Event Planning Lead
Kristen Gordon is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in operations and client management. At Sadiddy Lifestyle, she oversees client balances and internal communication systems, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
In her expanded role with Blume x Sadiddy Lifestyle, Kristen will continue her administrative leadership while supporting fundraising efforts and event planning for the Blume on Blue Hill Avenue buildout. Her sharp attention to detail and organizational expertise play a vital role in ensuring accountability and transparency across all initiatives.
Kristen is deeply connected to the community she serves. She is passionate about creating spaces where women can thrive, feel supported, and be seen — values that drive her commitment to both Sadiddy Lifestyle and Blume’s mission of community-centered growth.
